The stay offered anice and neat room, though the layout felt a bit cramped with three beds and a cot. The staff were very accommodating, promptly providing fresh sheets after a minor incident. Late-night noise from other guests disturbed our sleep a few times. The bathroom supplies were a nice touch, and having a free coffee station in the reception was a bonus, promoting a cute atmosphere.

The units are brand-new on separate tables. The breakfast offers a huge variety of coffee, bread, cereals and pastries. The staff are very amiable and best and really care about the guests;)))
Nothing, it is perfect.

What we liked most was the attention from the reception staff, who were very committed to making sure we were well and spent a few pleasant days in the city. They made sure that nothing was missing from breakfast. very important was the location of the hotel and neighborhood in which it is located as you can move perfectly on foot or by public transport.
What we didn't like was the cleaning of the place which was quite basic ( replacement of toiletries, change of towels and making the bed). No changing the trash in the bathroom or cleaning the drops of water left after showering, the chair in the room was dirty and impossible to use because of the stains it had. The air conditioning was quite old and without blades. The soundproofing was terrible and it was quite hot in the room. Besides there is no coverage to call but a good WiFi signal. It is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

I spent 2 nights in a Double or Twin Room. The place felt so safe and was well-lit. We enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds. It had a small fridge and a nice breakfast. I really appreciated the underground parking they offered us!

location is great, price is not bad for the area. room, despite being in the middle of the city, was quite quiet. If you are travelling with a baby, bring a one-piece trolley to make it more comfortable to go up and down the stairs. If you are travelling with older children you will have no problem.
We were traveling with a baby, so we had a baby carriage. So we were looking for a hotel that had an elevator. In fact, on the website it said that it had an elevator. Our surprise was when, as soon as we opened the door of the hotel to enter, we found ourselves with more than ten steps that were quite steep to reach the reception. Once in reception it does have an elevator, (after climbing those stairs). elevator also had to be shared with the community of neighbors, to access it you had to open an emergency door. My partner had to go up to the 1st floor of the room to open the emergency door again and not stay in the community of neighbours..., it was very uncomfortable that situation. In the end we ended up going up and down the stairs with the trolley (the trolley was two-piece so one was holding the baby and other was taking the trolley up).

I guess this hotel is given a 2 star rating for the furniture finishes because I have been in 3 star hotels that were worse for both the cleanliness and comfort of the room. location is excellent and staff is very friendly and helpful.
basic room but to spend the night, is what we went to, is very good. quiet, no noise. only thing is that the hot water takes a long time to come out with the consequent waste of water and shower screen is short I had to be very careful not to let water out. I don't like the toilet paper holders. it could be that in the last hotels I've been I was already covering myself with duvets with their covers but I see little hygiene in using blankets. You could hear the sound of water coming from the drains but you could solve it by closing the bathroom door. pillow should be thicker. I'm telling you it's because of these details that I suppose it doesn't go up in category but for the price I paid it's very good in quality price and I'm satisfied. I would stay again without thinking about it.

The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
My experience was a nightmare! Dust filled the air. Even after multiple complaints, our concerns were met with indifference, and the promised resolution ended with only a partial refund after a sleepless ordeal.
